Arthur's Whisky
Three elderly ladies drink a whisky which makes them younger.

Retired scientist Arthur has been working on a youth reviving elixir for decades. One night he finally manages to perfect his creation, partly by accident. Before he can share it with his wife Loan, Arthur is struck down by lightning and his secret formula dies with him.

When Joan and her friends, Linda and Susan come across a small stock of the elixir in the garden shed, during the sad process of going through Arthur's things, they start to enjoy being young again and try to blend in with the youth of today.

The elixir works for six hours at a time, literally changing the ladies into their younger selves. By the time they reach the last of the elixir they discover that it's damaging their health and so choose to finish it off and enjoy one last moment of youth, rather than pursue any chance of getting it reproduced.

They ultimately discover that being or feeling young is a state of mind and they have fun reaching that conclusion. Do you really need to be young to enjoy life?

We close with the women having enjoyed one last blast and learn that they can do anything they want, at any age.
