Embers
Elizabeth Deering is accustomed to living a sexually adventurous and free life. After a stunt at the Mexican border, she finds herself getting checked into an independent living home by her daughter, Melanie. It doesn’t take long for Elizabeth to catch the eye of Lawrence, the only handsome bachelor in her new world. More and more, she realizes that she’s not the only one with a lust for life – among other things.
Elizabeth makes it her mission to liven up this situation and these people. Her newfound friends spark the idea to create a dating app made for seniors called Embers. Mixing all of their passions and assets, it’s a recipe for success even with the long road of app development. While a relationship builds between Elizabeth and Lawrence and friendships come together, they all put their heads together to find creative ways for Embers to become a reality. Bake sales with edibles, photo shoots and makeovers for test subjects, and sex toy fundraisers.
Closing out our first season will be the much anticipated launch party for Embers. All seems to be a success for Elizabeth, but Lawrence surprises everyone by arriving with a new beauty on his arm that he met with the help of the Embers app. Suddenly Elizabeth is thrust into a complicated love triangle of her own doing and must adapt to competing over a partner for the first time in her life.

Kitty Get a Job Sketch Comedy Pilot
Kitty Get a Job is a sketch comedy
series that shows what happens when
a group of millennials let their intrusive
thoughts win.
Imagine a group of disenchanted millennial, huddled together like feral cats, navigating the litter box of sketch comedy together. Armed with laptops and busted dreams, they tried to create something that would make the world forget about their crippling student loan debt and untreated mental illnesses. It was under this dumpster in a back alley behind a once thriving TGIFridays that Kitty Get a Job was born, wet and naked, into the world.
Under the influence of sketch legends like Kids in the Hall, Key & Peele and Mr. Show, Kitty Get a Job’s eyes slowly began to open. No longer limited to the milk of their mother, they were now experimenting with hard food and genre lampooning sketches. the dumpster they were born in could no longer contain them, so they began exploring, experimenting, and dicking around. In doing so, they found their voice. What was once a meek whimper was now a confident “meow.”
After a couple of years of releasing sketches on a strict schedule, the group took a workshop by Kevin McDonald, the comedic actor from the legendary sketch series, kids in the Hall. Kevin took a liking to the group (or, possibly, just felt bad for the little buggars), and after some back and forth, decided to adopt the colony as his own and come on as producer. So bust out your cat nip, because Kitty Get a Job is about to take you on a genre-bending, slightly nihilistic comedic ride that will have you laughing until you cough up a hairball.
