Descent is a five-part comedic web series tracking the most scientifically significant exploration of our planet ever undertaken - The Hunt for Eel City.

Whilst oceans rise and the planet around them burns, three scientists dedicate their lives to finding a new home for humanity under the sea. Armed with decades of research pointing to this habitable undersea metropolis, they embark on a historic mission to prove its existence.

But down there, in the dark, they’ll find they are not alone ...

Cristina has not seen her daughters Luján and Emilia in a very long time.  The three of them attend a virtual meeting where Cristina will try to convince them to collaborate in organizing their grandmother's 80th birthday party. They will only be able to understand each other if they are willing to share their long-kept secrets.
